The Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the Southern Technical University implemented a training program titled 
“Workforce Readiness,” targeting students and graduates as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance youth skills and empower them to enter the job market with confidence and competence.
The program lasted for four consecutive training days, covering essential topics aimed at building students’ professional pathways, including:
• Career planning and setting future goals.
• Preparing and writing a professional CV.
• Job searching and strategies for reaching employers.
• Interview skills and techniques for presenting personal and professional abilities.
The program was delivered by Trainer Ali Jumma, who emphasized practical and interactive aspects to ensure participants gained real value and acquired the necessary tools to integrate effectively into the labor market.
This program reflects the Southern Technical University’s commitment, through the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division, to enhancing employability opportunities and supporting students and graduates in building a promising professional future.
