The Continuing Education Center at Southern Technical University held a workshop on the role of theater (psychodrama) in developing soft skills.

Under the patronage of the President of the Southern Technical University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, the Center for Continuing Education, in cooperation with the Department of Scientific Affairs and the Department of Science and Technology Parks, held a workshop entitled The Role of Psychodrama in Developing Soft Skills, under the supervision of the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Walid Abdel Jalil Awad. The assistant teacher, Iyad Hussein Amer, participated in the workshop, with the participation of a number of teachers, students, and those interested. The workshop addressed the importance of employing psychodrama techniques in enhancing effective communication, developing self-confidence and expression. About oneself and teamwork, as well as developing the skills of understanding others and dealing with different situations, which contributes to enhancing personal and social capabilities and supporting a university environment based on dialogue and cooperation.
