The Administrative Division is one of the organizational divisions that is responsible for organizing and following up on daily administrative work, which contributes to ensuring efficient and smooth workflow, and providing administrative support to the various departments and divisions in the center.

Training Division

The Training Division is one of the important divisions that plays a fundamental role in developing and developing human resources, through preparing and implementing training and qualification programs that aim to raise the level of knowledge, skills, and professional and technical capabilities among employees and beneficiaries. The Division seeks to keep pace with modern developments in the fields of work, and to identify training needs in a manner commensurate with the work requirements and objectives of the institution.

Graphic design unit

The Graphic Design Unit is one of the technical and creative units that undertakes the preparation and design of visual and media materials for the institution, in a way that enhances the visual identity and contributes to the delivery of information and messages in a clear and attractive manner. The unit also works to support activities and events by producing designs and visual content that are appropriate to the nature of each activity.

TVET unit

The TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) unit is one of the units concerned with developing technical and vocational education and training, and linking the outcomes of education and training to the needs and requirements of the labor market. The unit aims to support educational and training programs that contribute to developing professional and technical skills, raising the efficiency of students and graduates and enhancing their chances of obtaining suitable job opportunities. The unit also works to follow up and develop training programmes, curricula and skills required in the labor market, and coordinate with academic and professional bodies and employers, in a way that contributes to achieving integration between the educational institution and the public and private sectors.

University classifications unit

The University Classifications Unit is one of the units concerned with monitoring and improving the institution’s academic and research position within local and international university classifications, by collecting and analyzing data and indicators approved in the classifications, following up on the requirements and standards of the classified bodies, and working to enhance the strengths and address the weaknesses in a way that contributes to raising the institution’s level and improving its academic and scientific presence. It is also concerned with documenting academic and research achievements and activities, monitoring indicators periodically, and preparing reports that help management in making decisions and developing the necessary plans to improve institutional performance.
