The Continuing Education Center at the Southern Technical University implemented a technical workshop on centrifugal pumps and compressors, which included students, graduates, and employees. The workshop, which was lectured by the lecturer Abdul Razzaq Issa Saeed, included lectures introducing the types of compressors and centrifugal pumps, in addition to the most important differences between them, as well as the mechanism of operation of each of them. The workshop aims to enable trainees to become familiar with the types of compressors, the main parts of the centrifugal pump, the most important ways to improve energy efficiency and reduce its operational costs, and the most important features of these pumps.
