The Student Affairs Department at the Presidency of the Southern Technical University organized a training workshop on the validity of the issuance of official documents and the adoption of the central electronic system for preserving official documents issued by government agencies. The course, in which Messrs. Walid Chaloub Khudair and Alaa Faleh Hassan lectured, demonstrated the mechanism for preserving secured documents launched by the Prime Minister regarding academic documents and approvals, in addition to including official books and administrative correspondence with this procedure. The workshop aims to train those authorized from the university’s formations on the new mechanism for the purpose of enhancing their capabilities in implementing this system and in a way that serves transparency and confidence in dealing between the various sectors of the state.
