The Southern Technical University discussed ways of joint cooperation with the General Company for Southern Fertilizers. This came during a visit carried out by the Director of the Continuing Education Center, Dr. Maher Al-Shamkhani, and the Head of the Electrical Technologies Department at the College of Engineering Technology, Dr. Haider Daoud Abboud, in the presence of the head of the Development Division at the Training and Development Center to the company. The visit, which came based on the directives of the President of the University, included examining the possibility of benefiting from the scientific expertise of our university and the practical expertise in the company through training and scientific research activities, as well as benefiting from previous experiences with other companies in the field of involving students in training activities during Study and post-graduation, for their part, the company’s staff welcomed the topics that were addressed, and the administration expressed full readiness to cooperate in support of the Southern Technical University and belief in the expertise present in all its formations.University Media
