A memorandum of understanding with the College of Iraq, Al-Ahlia University, represented by its dean, Professor Dr. Jassim Muhammad Salman, addressed (11) articles on a number of scientific and cultural topics and issues and other activities of interest to the two universities. The memorandum, which entered into force immediately after its signing, is concerned with scientific cooperation between the two universities and benefiting from the capabilities available at the Southern Technical University in terms of laboratories and solid scientific expertise. Prof. Dr. Jassim Muhammad Salman welcomed the high level of cooperation by the President of the Southern Technical University and his provision of all forms of support to the Iraq College, the National University, to develop the academic process and its stability and to graduate competent students who meet the needs of the Iraqi labor market.
