In line with the university’s vision and established goals and its keenness to continuously communicate with the private and public sectors and through the activities of the Industrial Advisory Council, the university hosted experts from the Tawasul project implemented by the Canadian University Service Organization in the presence of the university’s president, the respected Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, a number of department directors in the presidency, and a number of company representatives, including (Technical Devices Company - TAAM Company - Asia Cell Company - and others) from government companies, and the university’s best practices in the field of work-based training and soft skills development were presented. For current students and graduates, employment practices, and the importance of partnership with the private sector in reducing the size of the gap between labor market requirements and university outputs. It is noteworthy that the university was considered a successful model of the most important practices mentioned by the consultant expert and the project management team.
