The Division of Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up at the Southern Technical University implemented a training program entitled “Preparing for the Labor Market” targeting students and graduates, as part of the university’s plans to develop the skills of young people and enable them to enter the labor market with confidence and competence.
The program continued over 4 consecutive training days, during which it covered basic topics for building Path A
The program continued over 4 consecutive training days, during which it addressed basic topics for building the students’ career path, including:• Professional planning and setting future goals.• Preparing and writing a CV in a professional manner.• Searching for job opportunities and strategies for reaching out to employers.• Job interview skills and methods for displaying personal and professional capabilities. The program was presented by trainer Ali Jumaa, who focused on the applied and interactive aspects to ensure that participants benefit and provide them with the practical tools necessary to engage in the labor market. This program comes within the framework of the keenness of the Southern Technical University through the Department Qualification, employment and follow-up aim to enhance employment opportunities and support the journey of students and graduates towards a promising professional future
