A delegation from the Social Protection Directorate of the Popular Mobilization Forces in Basra viewed the Continuing Education Center at the Southern Technical University and praised its technical level in terms of equipment, organization, and the level of the halls available in it.
This came during a visit by the delegation to the university, during which they met with the university’s president, Professor Dr. Rabie Hashem Al-Abbasi, who expressed the university’s readiness, through the Center for Continuing Education, to hold rehabilitation and training courses for various specializations. For its part, the delegation expressed its great happiness for this constructive cooperation between the university and their children in the crowd, wishing the university progress and prosperity.
On a related level, the Center for Continuing Education prepared an integrated training program in the disciplines of management and information technology, as well as training in lathe workshops, electricity, mechanics, refrigeration, etc., in addition to first aid and public safety.
