The Southern Technical University concluded the “Training of Trainers (ToT)” course within the “My Skills” project in cooperation with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and with the participation of teaching staff from six groups at the university.
At the conclusion of the course, certificates of participation were distributed to the participating teachers after completing the training program, which aimed to enhance their training capabilities and develop their skills in preparing and implementing training programs directed to students.
This course comes in preparation for the launch of the second phase of the “My Skills” project, which aims to develop students’ skills in the fields of life, leadership, employment, entrepreneurship, and digital skills related to their specializations, which contributes to enhancing their capabilities, qualifying them for the requirements of the labor market, and opening broader horizons for them to actively participate in society.
