The Southern Technical University organized the โTraining of Trainers ToTโ course within the โMy Skillsโ project, in cooperation with UNICEF, with the participation of teaching staff from six groups at the university, with the aim of enhancing their training capabilities and qualifying them to implement the second phase of the project.
The next stage aims to develop studentsโ skills in the fields of life and leadership, employment and entrepreneurship, and digital skills related to their specializations, in a way that enhances their readiness for the labor market and their ability to participate effectively in society.
