The Development Division is one of the divisions concerned with improving and developing institutional performance, and supporting continuous development processes by proposing initiatives and programs that contribute to raising work efficiency and improving the quality of services.

Specialized academic and technical duties

Preparing and following up on development plans and programmes.

Identify development needs, analyze weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.

Proposing initiatives and ideas that contribute to developing work.
✓
Follow up on the implementation of development projects and programs and measure their results.
✓
Preparing reports and studies related to development and performance improvement.
✓
Coordinating with departments and divisions to implement development programs.

Contributing to the development of work methods and administrative and technical procedures.

Follow developments and modern practices and benefit from them in developing performance.
