About the Division
Detailed description and responsibilities
The Training Division is one of the important divisions that plays a fundamental role in developing and developing human resources, through preparing and implementing training and qualification programs that aim to raise the level of knowledge, skills, and professional and technical capabilities among employees and beneficiaries. The Division seeks to keep pace with modern developments in the fields of work, and to identify training needs in a manner commensurate with the work requirements and objectives of the institution.

Key Tasks & Core Services
Specialized academic and technical duties

Preparing annual and monthly plans for training programs and activities.
✓
Identify and analyze the training needs of employees and beneficiaries.
✓
Preparing and organizing training courses, workshops, lectures and seminars.
✓
Selecting and coordinating trainers and lecturers with expertise and experience.
✓
Preparing training schedules and following up on the implementation of programs according to established plans.
✓
Registering participants, organizing trainees’ data, and issuing certificates when needed.
✓
Monitoring participants’ attendance and commitment to training programs.
✓
Evaluating the level of benefit from training courses and programmes.
